Be welcomed home by Schlage.

Yonomi now plays well with Schlage Connect smart locks.

We are very excited to be working with a market leader like Schlage who produces beautiful, reliable and secure connected locks. Locks are, quite literally, the gateway to the home and are a natural, convenient way for the connected home experience to become a seamless part of our daily lives.

Setting Up Schlage Connect

Schlage Connect is a Z-Wave lock that we integrate with via the Wink Hub.  We currently don’t support the Schlage Connect via SmartThings.
If you haven’t set up your Wink account yet…
  1. Launch the Yonomi app and sign in.
  2. Tap the  icon in the upper left-hand corner and select Accounts & Hubs.
  3. If your Wink Account hasn’t already been discovered, then tap + in the upper right-hand corner (iOS) or bottom-right (Android) and select Wink Account.
  4. If your Wink Account has already been discovered, then tap on the “Wink Account” row.
  5. Sign into your Wink account and press Connect.
  6. Your Schlage Connect should now appear in the Things tab on your Dashboard.

If your Wink Account was already connected but you’re adding a new Schlage Connect

  1. Install and connect your Schlage Connect inside the Wink App first.
  2. Launch the Yonomi app and sign in.
  3. Tap the  icon (Settings or Nav Drawer button) in the upper left-hand corner and select Accounts & Hubs.
  4. In Accounts & Settings, tap on the “Wink Account” row, then click on the “Refresh Wink Account Devices” (iOS), or the rescan icon (Android — looks like a refresh icon in the Action Bar).  This will check your Wink Account for new devices.
  5. You should get a message indicating the new device or devices were found.
  6. Your Schlage Connect should now appear in the Things tab on your Dashboard.

Along with the Schlage, Yonomi plays well with over 60 of the most popular devices. They no longer have to run independently in multiple apps.  An action taken with one device, can trigger a sequence of actions of your other devices, making your connected home simpler and more comfortable.

If you do not have Yonomi yet, get started. Simply download the free Yonomi app from Google Play or the App Store. Yonomi will take you through the setup process to discover all your devices and help you connect them.

I’ve followed your instructions to connect to Yonomi above, but Schlage is not an option in Accounts & Hubs… What gives? I do have the lock setup in my ST hub and it works there, it just seem Yonomi is a little quicker to respond and more intuitive. I’d like to used the lock here instead.

      Hi Chuck,
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Thanks for your interest in connecting with Schlage Sense. We are working with both Schlage and Apple to create a great integration with Sense. At this time, we can’t commit to how soon it will be available. We will be keeping our users posted.

don’t even worry about supporting SmartThings, it is a lame duck of a hub anyway- all it does is constantly drain the batteries in my schlage locks due to too many status queries. like, dead batteries in weeks.

Schlegel has a problem with certain locks draining batteries….the communication between SmartThings does NOT drain the batteries…contact Schluter and they will send you a new lock.
